well i started back at school on aug 22nd and its been going ok so far.  I really don't like my teacher because he is too confusing and he makes us write a poem every week for class and he makes us read it in front of the class too.  It is my last class and it will all be all over in December so i am happy and glad that i will finally have my law enforcement degree too.  so thats all for now I have been working alot lately too so hope to talk to u all soon and write more as time goes on so love ya all and please leave a comment if u visit my page to please thanks from John or Johnny

Police Test Results

Hey everyone i just thought i would tell u my results from the police physical agility test i took today. I did really well. I shocked myself. I weighed in at 166lbs so I was able to lift 98% of my body weight which was 162lbs. which 98% is the standard. I had to do 37 sit ups in one minute and I did 40. on the sit and reach I had to get to 16 and I got to 19 inches. then the 1.5 mile run I had to do it in 13:43 and I started my last lap at that time so I wasnt able to move on to the written test. It was also 94 degrees with a 100 degree heat index when i had to run too! I am happy with my results and I know I will be able to do it next time. Tonight at midnight I am doing a 25 mile bike ride in downtown chicago so I hope to talk to u all soon and love u all and please leave a comment and tell me how u think I did. thanks from John or Johnny
